I honestly can't believe my mom's reaction. She was so stoked that coach Glenn actually gave me my green belt. Yes people i do have a life outside of my computer screen. Anyway it took two years for me to get it and i honestly haven't really wrapped my head around it. Really to me i see it as a great accomplishment, but i also see it as a wake up call. I really need to stop being so lazy about everything around me. I dont remember where i heard the saying but i will never forget the message behind it. "Change will only happen when you decide to take the reigns of your own destiny." I'm through with being a slacker, although it was really fun. Now is not the time to be tapering off. The home stretch is within sight and i know for sure that i will make it to the top.
